The Premier League encounter at St Andrew's on Saturday 6th November between Birmingham City and West Ham ended 2-2 and although the match was a draw, FootballFanCast.com ran out as winners! FootballFanCast.com is becoming a regular fixture at the St Andrew's stadium in Birmingham and were on the advertising hoardings once again in the fourth round of the Carling Cup on Tuesday night as Premier League outfit Birmingham City hosted League One club Brentford. The match was certainly a gripping one, with the scores level after extra time as Birmingham's Kevin Phillips scored a last gasp equaliser at the end of 90 minutes. The Blues eventually went to win 4-3 on penalties to progress to the fifth round of the tournament.

The match ended 0-0, but that doesn't take away from the excitement of the opportunity and even though the teams couldn't find the net in 90 minutes, FootballFanCast.com well and truly scored in the Premier League!

If there's one thing that the 2010 World Cup in South Africa will be remembered for it is the Vuvuzela. While the action on the pitch may not have reached the high standards we expected it to, the fans continued to make plenty of noise in the stands. No World Cup match was complete without the sound of a swarm of bees that is made by the Vuvuzelas and over the course of the tournament it's something we all got used to. They may have added to the atmosphere at the games but were they a detriment to viewers back home?
