What we learnt from the 2015 Digital Marketing Show

The 2015 London Digital Marketing Show has been and gone. And with the truckload of information on offer ranging from social listening to mailing provider systems, there was some real game changing insight from some of the very special guests.

A hotbed of digital information as well as an impressive line-up of the who’s who in digital media culminated in some very apt and appropriate tips to increase brand awareness and promoting brand engagement. Here are five points that we took from the show.

1.  Brands/companies/organisations are only as good as their digital engagement with their consumers/customers/fans

2. You may have the best product of the world but it doesn’t mean anything without knowledge of your audience

3. Despite how hard they may try, Brands don’t create the experience for their consumers, other consumers do

4. It’s no point having data if you’ve got no strategy devised in how to use it

5. As a brand, you have to give love in your marketing to get love from your consumers.

That’s a wrap on the 2015 Digital Marketing Show in London. Until next year…
