The Role
- The candidate will be shadowing one of our Commercial Managers for a 6-month period, during which they will learn how to sell sports media to independent media agencies and direct clients. After this period, they will take on the role independently.
- During the probation, they will report directly to the Commercial Manager they are working with. After the probation period, they will continue to report to their assigned Commercial Manager.
- This role offers an opportunity for progression. After successfully completing the probation period and gaining experience, there will be opportunities for further growth within the team.
The Candidate
- No prior experience is required for this role, as the candidate will be trained during the 6-month probation period.
- Since prior experience isn’t necessary, the focus will be on someone eager to learn and develop the necessary skills.
- The candidate does not need to have any existing contacts or a network, as the role will involve developing these relationships over time.
Process
- The interview process will likely involve an initial screening, followed by interviews with relevant team members, including the Commercial Manager they would be shadowing.
- We are currently not working with any other agency exclusively on this role.
