Friendly competition isn’t the only thing this event promises for spectators. This year each player will not only be representing their home country but also a charity of their choice. Keeping align with the values of many of the icons participating, Icons of Rugby wants to provide support and awareness for Faith’s Foundation at this year’s event, which is the charity arm to the Icon Series. This year’s beneficiaries include: Special Effect, Bluebell Wood Children’s Hospice, The Matt Hampson Foundation, Smile for Joel, I am Doddie and Molly Olly’s Wishes. The £1 million swing is also back and gives competitors the chance to win £1 million for their charity of choice.
