Two new mobile editing apps from GoPro
GoPro has launched two new apps to make mobile editing easier.
The first one is Quik and it permits to make videos faster and easier from a GoPro or smartphone footage, by automatically editing it for you.
The second app is Splice and it focuses on the power of the desktop editing software on your mobile or tablet but again very simple for the everyday user.

YouTube enters online streaming market
According to Bloomberg, YouTube is working on an online streaming cable service for 2017 called Unplugged. This paid service, evaluated under $35/month, will allow users to watch the channels of your choice by theme pack with special add-ons which is like Sling TV and Dish. But it could change as YouTube is taking into account various options.
After the launch of YouTube Red 6 months ago, YouTube is trying to diversify and find other sources of revenue.

Instagram adds video to carousel ads
Instagram is expanding the ads carousel feature to include five separate videos in up to a minute, before only able to put one video up. Its aim is to direct users to the company’s website in a more efficient way compared to static sponsored posts. Indeed, according to Kinetic Social’s report, carousel ads are driving 10 times more traffic.
