Snapchat brings in emojis

Although Snapchat removed the best friend list, the app has come up with a new way to portray Snapchat relations. Snapchat users will now see one of five emojis next to users’ names to accurately represent relationships between users.

Twitter brings ‘Quote and RT’ function to desktop

Twitter users are often seen retweeting tweets that they enjoyed, hated, or just wanted to spread to their users. Now Twitter has updated the retweet feature to include a comment section so retweets can now include a comment from the re-tweeter.

Facebook used as a platform to serve divorce papers

A judge in NYC has sanctioned the use of Facebook as a platform for a wife to send divorce papers. Although Facebook is not a regularly acknowledged platform for these kinds of issues, it is not the first time this has occurred and surely won’t be the last.  

Pinterest launches ‘Pin It’ function

Pinterest has launched a new “Pin It” feature. This new feature will allow users to pin their favourite content more quickly on the internet.

Madonna’s attempts to utilise MeerKat flopped majorly

Popular artist Madonna tried to release a new music video via an app called MeerKat. Unfortunately the app failed to deliver and fans were only able to see an error message.
